1938 - Due to the lack of interest the Agricultural Show was not held but the Horticultural Show continued to be held at the Market Show; this proved once again to be successful. |
| 2003 - Despite a damp start to the day, which was somewhat unusual for Cardigan Show, competitors arrived at the showground full of enthusiasm. The reintroduction of classes for cattle and other cloven hoofed animals, after the ravages of Foot and Mouth, was very welcomed. | ![]() |
